Findings of a consumer survey conducted by PMR demonstrate that the association of dermocosmetics with pharmacies remains strong: pharmacies are still the primary channel where people buy them. But it is worth taking note of the high number of mentions received by cosmetics stores. Dermocosmetics manufacturers are increasingly using channels other than pharmacies to sell their products, not least due to the restrictions on advertising in the pharmacy channel.
