Hebe, the health and beauty chain owned by Jeronimo Martins, is about to open its first store in Bydgoszcz, Gazeta.pl has learnt. The company is understood to have signed a lease for retail space at the city’s DH Jedynak department store recently vacated by Empik, the books and multimedia chain, which reduced the size of its outlet there.
It will be the second Hebe drugstore in Kujawsko-Pomorskie, after Torun.
Hebe is in the middle of a major store opening programme. Jeronimo Martins’ Na Zdrowie pharmacies are also being rebranded into Hebe.
At present the Hebe network consists of 40 outlets.
