The Slovak Medical University (SZU) has decided to open an office on the premises of Bojnice Spa in the Trencin Region in effort to increase the quality of future health workers in the areas of physiotherapy, balneotherapy and rehabilitation through practical experience.
According to Jan Stencl, the rector of the university, in addition to improving the practical skills of future medical workers, the university will also use the space for its research activities and the validation of new methods and knowledge in this area. The Bojnice Spa was chosen for its modern equipment, its full range of treatment procedures and its well-trained personnel.
