Commission on Medicine Prices now in session in Bulgaria

The Bulgarian Health Ministry's Commission on Medicine Prices opened its annual session on 11 August. The role of the Commission is to review and set the prices of drugs reimbursed by the Ministry of Health and the National Health Insurance Fund.
The Commission's members are representatives of the Ministry of Health (four members), Ministry of Economy (three members), National Health Insurance and Drug Agency (two members), Ministry of Finance (one member) and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (one member).The Commission is chaired by Desislava Dimitrova, Deputy Minister of Health.
