15% reduction in Egis Group’s sales in Slovakia between April and June

The sales revenues of the Egis Group were worth $4.7m (€3.54m) in Slovakia, a 15% reduction on a year-on-year basis between April and June, i.e. the third quarter of the company’s 2009/2010 financial year. This result follows a 26% increase in Q2. During the first nine months sales increased by 7% on a year-on-year basis, to USD 15.7m (€11.8m).
In the Eastern European region, under which the results from the Slovak market are reported, Q3 sales increased by 2% year on year, to USD 39.4m (€29.7m).
The Egis financial year runs from 1 October to 30 September.
