HPV vaccination planned for inclusion in reccommended vaccination scheme in Slovakia

The Slovak Health Ministry plans to include of vaccination against the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) in the recommended vaccination scheme, according to the Slovak news agency TASR. The positive Ministry decision is expected to increase the HPV vaccine reimbursement level, which is 10% at present.
The HPV vaccination scheme covers the administration of three vaccine inoculations to 13-year-old girls within a period of six months. Inoculation costs €320 per person.
